CONTRACT:
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Lael Louise Exclusive and yourself when payment for the goods you have ordered and an email acceptance is received.
REFUNDS:
Due to the personalised nature of goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. This is either before or after the item is received by you.
If you have made an error and we cannot re-work the original item to make correct, a refund will not be issued. Returns to rework the item (where possible) for errors made by the customer, are payable by the customer.
If the item is defective, faulty or Lael Louise Exclusive has made an error, a refund or replacement will only be issued when the item has been received back. Returns Label will be issued by Lael Louise Exclusive.
Personalised items and goods made to order cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation.
RETURNS:
Items can only be returned in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you wish to return your order you must notify within 14 days (beginning on the day of and no later than the day after you receive the goods), You then have 14 days to return the items once the return has been accepted. (28 DAY RETURN POLICY)
Returns are payable by customer unless faulty.
*Lael Louise Exclusive does not accept responsibility once items have been washed
If you return goods, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may not refund to you, until an investigation is carried out with the courier service.
Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your items if you have any issues.
DELIVERY & FEES:
Unless using Etsy where postage in included in the price,
Postage and Fees are added at checkout. Please make sure the right option has been selected.
Standard courier delivery is by Evri. Price will depend on the weight of the item and can take 3-5 days to be delivered from dispatch.

For those who do not wish to use Evri as the standard service Royal Mail is available as an option at checkout. This is charged at £8 up to 2kg and only applies to orders once dispatched it DOES NOT mean you will receive next day after placing the order.
Local Delivery is hand delivered and is charged at £1.50 within a 10 mile radius of RG2 8RJ. Items will usually be delivered on a weekend once ready for dispatch and a confirmation will be sent for a suitable time.
Local collection is free. Please wait to receive your collection email. Confirmation must be sent by you by either email Facebook messenger or the contact us section of the website to arrange a suitable time. Usually Weekdays after 6pm and Weekends between 12pm and 4pm.
Goods arriving damaged: This is rare but if you could send a picture of the product and it’s packaging would help to solve the problem when I raise with the courier company. Please allow 48 hours to investigate any missing items. A refund or replacement will be sent out once it is confirmed that the parcel is missing, by the courier company.
TURNAROUND:
Please note turnaround time on orders can take up to 14 days depending on stock held and once payment is made. Orders can sometimes be processed faster than turnaround time states. But may also take longer in some cases, such as Pre- Order.
Pre-Order items are subject to delays due to manufacturing and customs. You will be kept informed of your orders progress, within a reasonable time - usually within 30 days but may exceed this in some circumstances. You will be notified via email or message with updates. If ordering items from both In-Stock and Pre-Orders, your order will be dispatched once ALL items are ready. If you wish to have In-Stock orders before Pre-Orders arrive please make 2 separate orders.
IMAGES:
I do my best to show accurate representation of the products. I try to achieve the most accurate image as possible. Please read descriptions and item details for more information on the products. All Commissioned Designs are owned by Lael Louise Exclusive and have the right to be offered out to future customers.
PROHIBITED USE:
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on any platform through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by Lael Louise Exclusive.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
